1. DO NOT SPAM. Spam complaints will lead to an immediate termination of your account.

2. We make no guarantees of the amount of money that can be made as an MDI associate/distributor.

3. Referral commissions are paid by a Free Debit Card or by Check or by PayPal on a monthly basis when the balance of your account exceeds $25 USD

4. Our Members can send notifications and training to downlines but cross soliciting is strictly forbidden. This is part of the MDI membership. MDI sends out corporate letters to it's subscribers. DO NOT join if you disagree.

5. Enter a valid e-mail in your application. E-mail returned undelivered will terminate your membership. AutoResponder addresses used in your application are strictly forbidden.

6. If you break any of these rules & conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and you will forfeit any refund of membership fees or commission earned.

9. MDI remains the right to remove or downgrade unpaid memberships. At any time it's the members responsibility to maintain their dues. Memberships can be canceled at any time.

10a. Enrollment choices are kept strictly to the applicant. He/she chooses his/her sponsor. MDI cannot change a sponsor ID per request.
10b. An enrollment in MDI must always be verified by email.
10c. MDI has a 72H Refund policy on subscriptions for its members.
