Also, if someone has sent you e-mail, and you are responding to that e-mail, you should include the copy of the e-mail he/she sent you in your reply to his/her e-mail, that way the person will remember that they sent you the e-mail and will not accuse you of spamming. ALSO, don't think that by simply spamming to a page or website with a link to a page on our systems, or one of our pages, is ok, it is not.

If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, and without refund, and with cancellation of any pending commissions, terminate or suspend your Madison Dynamics, Inc. membership and disable your website. Plus, we WILL seek compensation for any financial loss, interruption of our service and any legal costs involved.

In other words, don't spam. If you don't know the person, don't take a chance. Again any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund or any pending commissions.
